All hotel rooms are subject to a cancellation policy depending on which kind of rates/reservation you have chosen. The cancellation period and cancellation fee may vary depending on the room tariff. Please contact the hotel to have more information. For individual booking (both online and offline) - Cancellation must be done 48 hours prior to the arrival date. Failure to cancel reservation by this deadline or in case of no-show, a penalty equivalent to 1 night will be applied as a cancellation/no show fee. The cutting down of reservations should be done by 4:00 pm on the previous day. Otherwise one-night fee will be applicable as a late cancellation fee.
