Early check-in and Late check-out Policies
Early check-in after 07:00 to 14:00 – 50 % of 1 night room charge
Early check-in before 07:00am – 100 % of 1 night room charge
Late check-out from 12:00 till 18:00 – 50 % of 1 night room charge
Late check-out after 18:00 – 100 % of 1 night room charge
Cancellation and Cut Down Policy
All hotel rooms are subject to a cancellation policy depending on which kind of rates/reservation you have chosen. The cancellation period and cancellation fee may vary depending on the room tariff. Please contact the hotel to have more information.
For individual booking (both online and offline) - Cancellation must be done 48 hours prior to the arrival date. Failure to cancel reservation by this deadline or in case of no-show, a penalty equivalent to 1 night will be applied as a cancellation/no show fee.
The cutting down of reservations should be done by 4:00 pm on the previous day. Otherwise one-night fee will be applicable as a late cancellation fee.
Child Policy
Children up to the age of 6 stay for free and get free breakfast when staying in the room with a parent or a guardian using existing bedding.
Extra Bed for 3rd person (6-12 y.o.) is at AMD 5,000
Supplement for the 3rd person (12 age and more) is 10.000 AMD and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Smoking Policy
All hotel areas are non-smoking. Please note that guests found to be smoking in the non-smoking areas will be charged a cleaning fee of 25,000 AMD per day.
Valuables
A private safety box is available in each room. The hotel does not carry any responsibility in case of lost items from your room.
Beds Policy
Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
The maximum number of extra beds and cribs allowed depends on the room you choose. Double-check your selected room for the maximum capacity.
All cribs and extra beds are subject to availability.
Card Payment Policy
Hotel ORBELI accepts following credit cards Visa, Master Card, AmEx, JCB, MIR, Union Pay.
Hotel Damage Policy
The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure.
The Hotel will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
